ANC-linked businessman Suleiman Carrim not only had links with alleged organised crime figure Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala and ANC fixer Brown Mogotsi, but was also connected to tender tycoon Hangwani Maumela, the Madlanga Commission has heard.
