A JSC Judicial Conduct Tribunal has found Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge guilty of misconduct for initiating and conducting a “flirtatious relationship” with secretary Andiswa Mengo on WhatsApp – but found he was not guilty of impeachable gross misconduct.
