Higher storm claims in Australia may have dented OUTsurance’s interim numbers, but strong South African underwriting, leaner costs and growing premium income helped lift earnings and dividends. Chief executive Marthinus Visser says even a war-driven mix of inflation and slower growth should be navigable.
